All our products are made with 100% national and local inputs, by Peruvian women from different native communities and other artists in collaboration. Likewise, our products are made with the lowest possible carbon footprint.

• How can I learn to use my Killa Vive Verde products and learn to live greener?

You can review our Blog section and learn about the use of our products and greener habits in your day to day. Likewise, we encourage you to follow us on Instagram @kilaviveverde where we constantly upload tips and answer your questions about the use of our products.

• What do I do if I received a defective order?

Write us an email to killaviverde@gmail.com and we will respond to you in less than 24 hours with the indications of change according to the details of your order.

• We accept returns?

Returns are not accepted, but changes are accepted in the event of a failure or mistake in any indication of the order such as size or color.

• Do you ship to provinces ?

Yes of course. We ship to all provinces of Peru.
